“ସଂସ୍କୃତିର ମହକ ସାହିତ୍ୟର ଚମକ” ହେଉଛି ପ୍ରଖ୍ୟାତ ପ୍ରଫେସର ଡକ୍ଟର ବୈଷ୍ଣବ ଚରଣ ସାମଲଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲିଖିତ ଏକ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସାହିତ୍ୟ ପୁସ୍ତକ।
