Here’s what to expect depending on the stage of your order:

  • Order Not Processed: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be happy to cancel it immediately. We will issue a full refund minus a nominal 2% fee to cover payment gateway charges.
  • Order Processed: Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier company for delivery, we cannot cancel it.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item from http://akmishra.co (the “Site”). We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and contacting us immediately if you have any concerns. Please note: Processing times for returns may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • We will only accept returns for items that are:
    • Incorrectly Shipped: If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
    • Defective: If the item you received has a manufacturing defect that prevents it from functioning properly, we will gladly accept a return.

Please note:

  • To expedite your return request, we require a video recording of you unboxing the package. This video should clearly show the package label and the product being removed from the packaging.
  • We will not be able to process a return request without an unboxing video.

Steps to Claim a Return:

  1. Email: Contact our support team at support@akmishra.co using the email address associated with your order. Please include:
    • Your order ID
    • A link to your unboxing video, zooming in on the package label and product cover.
    • A brief description of the issue (incorrect item or defect).
  2. Return Claim Validation: Our team will review your request and the unboxing video. You will receive an email notification within [1-2 business days] informing you of the eligibility of your return request.
  3. Return Processing: If your return is approved, we will generate a return shipping label and schedule a courier pickup. You will receive tracking information via SMS/Email to your registered contact details.
  4. Return Item Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, undamaged condition with all tags attached.
  5. Refund: If the returned item passes inspection, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product passes our quality inspection, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Typical Refund Processing Time: We aim to process refunds within 1-2 business days. However, under certain circumstances, such as high order volumes or payment gateway issues, refund processing may take up to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchange Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we currently only accept returns for defective products.

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will process your return and offer a replacement.

Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item that is not defective, you will need to place a new order for the desired product.
