The title translates to “Trushna: An Unexplored America.” The book is described as a travel-diary of the writer, combined with a novel named after the main protagonist, Trishna. It is based on the author’s experiences and observations during his travels in America. The novel explores themes of truth, and how unpleasant realities, when combined with elements of beauty and welfare for society, can be made palatable. The story follows a newlywed couple who meet at the Delhi Airport, and the narrative unfolds from there.
