ମଧୁମାୟା ଗଙ୍ଗାଧର ଅଶୋକ କୁମାର ଦାଶଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲିଖିତ ପ୍ରଖ୍ୟାତ ଓଡ଼ିଆ କବି ଗଙ୍ଗାଧର ମେହେର (୧୮୬୨-୧୯୨୪)ଙ୍କ ଜୀବନୀ। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷାରେ ଲିଖିତ ଏହି ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଜୀବନ ସଂଘର୍ଷ, ତାଙ୍କର କାବ୍ୟିକ କୃତି ଏବଂ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସାହିତ୍ୟରେ ତାଙ୍କର ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଅବଦାନର ବିସ୍ତୃତ ବିବରଣୀ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି। ଏହା ବରପାଲି ଗ୍ରାମର ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ପୃଷ୍ଠଭୂମିରୁ ଜଣେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ସାହିତ୍ୟିକ ହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମେହେରଙ୍କ ଯାତ୍ରାକୁ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରେ। କେବଳ ଏକ ମୌଳିକ ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ସତ୍ତ୍ୱେ, ସେ ଆତ୍ମ-ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସଂସ୍କୃତ ଏବଂ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀୟ ସାହିତ୍ୟରେ ଆୟତ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ। ପୁସ୍ତକଟି ତାଙ୍କର ଅନନ୍ୟ ସାହିତ୍ୟିକ ଶୈଳୀକୁ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ କରିଥାଏ, ଯାହା ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ଏବଂ ଆଧୁନିକ ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁକୁ ମିଶ୍ରଣ କରିଥାଏ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ମଣିଷ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରକୃତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗଭୀର ସମ୍ପର୍କ ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦିଏ। ମେହେରଙ୍କ ସବୁଠାରୁ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ କୃତି, ତପସ୍ୱିନୀ, ଏବଂ କିଚକ ବଧା, ଇନ୍ଦୁମତୀ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଣୟବଲ୍ଲରୀ ଭଳି ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖନୀୟ କବିତାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ଏବଂ ଦାର୍ଶନିକ ବିଶ୍ୱାସର ପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରାଯାଇଛି, ଯାହା ନୈତିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ ଏବଂ ସାମାଜିକ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇଥିଲା।
