ଡକ୍ଟର ଗୌରାଙ୍ଗ ଚରଣ ନାୟକଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲିଖିତ ନୀତି ଏବଂ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ (ଓଡ଼ିଆ) ହେଉଛି ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନୀତି (NEP) ସହିତ ସମନ୍ୱିତ ଏକ ବିଶେଷ ପାଠ୍ୟପୁସ୍ତକ, ଯାହା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ନୈତିକ ଜୀବନଯାପନର ଦାର୍ଶନିକ ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟବହାରିକ ଦିଗ ସହିତ ପରିଚିତ କରାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଡିଜାଇନ୍ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହା ଏକ ଆଧୁନିକ ସମାଜରେ ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧକୁ ସମସାମୟିକ ନୈତିକ ଚ୍ୟାଲେଞ୍ଜ ସହିତ ସଂଯୋଜିତ କରିବା ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦିଏ।
