ଗୋପୀନାଥ ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲିଖିତ “ଦୀପାମଜ୍ୟୋତି” ଏକ ଜୀବନୀ, କୌଣସି ଉପନ୍ୟାସ ନୁହେଁ। ଏହା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ନେତା, ସମାଜସେବୀ ଏବଂ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ସଂଗ୍ରାମୀ ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁ ଚୌଧୁରୀଙ୍କ ଦୁଇ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଜୀବନୀର ପ୍ରଥମ। ଜୀବନୀର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଖଣ୍ଡର ଶୀର୍ଷକ “ଧୂଳିମାଟିର ସନ୍ଥ”। “ଦୀପାମଜ୍ୟୋତି” ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମହାନ୍ତି ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଇତିହାସର ଜଣେ ପୂଜ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିତ୍ୱ ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁ ଚୌଧୁରୀଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ଏବଂ ଅବଦାନ ଉପରେ ଗଭୀର ଦୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
“Dipamjyoti” by Gopinath Mohanty is a biography, not a novel. It is the first of a two-volume biography of the prominent Odia leader, social worker, and freedom fighter, Gopabandhu Choudhury. The second volume of the biography is titled “Dhulimatira Santha”. Through “Dipamjyoti,” Mohanty provides an in-depth look into the life and contributions of Gopabandhu Choudhury, a revered figure in Odisha’s history.
